What are the best photos to upload for custom magnets?

The best photos to upload are those taken in natural or bright light, with simple backgrounds that highlight the focal point. Avoid images where the focal point is too close to the edge, and ensure each photo is correctly placed and cropped. For the clearest and sharpest results, select high-resolution images (at least 300 PPI).

Can I preview my images before placing my order?

Yes, you can preview, edit, and crop your images during the ordering process on our website. We strongly advise doing this to ensure your images fit well within the magnet space and are oriented correctly.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

We try to get your order out the door within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, as the magnets are a personalised product, orders cannot be changed once placed as production of your order may have already commenced.

What is the status of my order?

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. You will receive another email once your order has been fulfilled. If you have selected tracked shipping, this email will include your tracking information.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?

Inspect your order upon reception. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, take photos and email us immediately within 24 hours after you receive your order, with order number, product name, and photos of the defect.

We'll ensure a replacement is issued for any damaged or faulty items.

*Please note: The image wraps slightly around the edges of the magnets, so please allow for a 2mm margin when reviewing your photos.
